Welcome to the Pates Lake Homeowners Association!

Our 163-home subdivision is located on Jonesboro Road, 4 miles west of I-75, off of exit 221. Our covenant community, which began in 1988 is now complete and features single-family homes on acre lots, many with lake access and/or views.

Our community has a Commons Area with a pool, 2 tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, large playground and a pavilion for our residents’ use. The Pavilion is equipped with picnic tables and is large enough to accommodate group events. The Pavilion can be reserved for residents’ use, up to 2 hours at a time.
