How do I get a copy of the covenants?
Once signed into the PatesLake.com Resident Dashboard, click on the Documents tab. Select Governing Documents. Select file name Covenants. The document will then appear and be available to download/print.
How do I obtain access to the commons area (Tennis Courts, Swimming Pool, Playground)?
Commons area access requires a resident’s key card. A resident key card can be requested via Heritage Property management at (770) 451-8171.
Where do I pay my annual HOA dues?
Navigate to PatesLake.com and click on Make a Payment. There are 3 ways for residents to pay their dues. You can pay directly through the Pates Lake payment portal, through Heritage Property Management’s payment portal, or you can drop off a check at our community box in the pool parking lot.
How do I request a work order/HOA approval for improvements to my home and property?
All work orders and HOA approvals should be submitted through Heritage Property Management. Please complete the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) request form, located in the Documents tab, within the resident’s dashboard. Submit completed ARC form to [email protected].
